Pricing
Pricing
One plan. It's priced on the shape of your organization and what you're routing, so the number comes out of a conversation rather than a table.
Enterprise
Priced to your org
Based on how many people are in the chart and what you're putting through it. Tell us those two things and we'll give you a number on the first call.
Everything is in it
- Unlimited templates, requests, and documents
- Every step kind — approval, signature, vote, input, acknowledge
- Conditional routing, parallel branches, rework loops
- Every completion policy, including quorum and majority
- Reminders and escalation on any step
- Automatic steps: archive, deliver, webhook, results, child requests
- Self-starting requests: expiry, schedules, inbound webhooks
- Board voting with per-item ballots
- External voter links — no seats for people who never log in
- Full org chart: reporting lines, roles, groups
- Append-only audit and archive on every request
- Support and template design help during rollout

Questions we get first
Before you ask.
Do board members cost a seat?
No. People who only ever act through a link — board members, external approvers — aren't priced as users.
Is anything held back for a higher tier?
No. There's one plan, and voting, automation, and audit are in it. A feature list that doubles as a price list makes for bad workflows.
What does rollout actually involve?
Getting your org chart in, and building the first two or three templates with you. Most teams start with one chain they already run by email.
Can we get our records out?
Yes. Archived bundles are your documents in ordinary storage, and the timeline exports. A workflow tool holding your record hostage is not a workflow tool.
See it route something of yours
Bring a workflow you run on email today — an approval chain, a renewal, a board packet. We'll build it as a Template on the call and walk a real Request through it.
